Mouton Cadet Vintage Edition is made from rigorously selected wines and grapes from partner winegrowers in the main appellations of Bordeaux and the Côtes (blaye, Bourg, Castillon, etc.).

The nose opens on black fruit, then develops aromas of coffee, toast and vanilla with airing. The attack is intensely aromatic, revealing highly elegant tannins. The mid-palate, on blackberry and blackcurrant, shows an attractive density which sustains the fruit, leading into a finish which expresses all the wine’s richness on toast, coconut and coffee flavours with a touch of smoke.
