Today, Bollinger R.D. 2008 is lively and exceptionally complex, taking us on a journey outside time. Hazelnuts, with all their freshness and generosity, are the perfect ingredient to echo a wine of such splendour.
The 2007 harvest was one of the earliest for a century in Champagne, and the grapes were of an exceptional quality.
The contrast between the intensity of the spicy aromas, the notes of fruit, brioche and honey, and the wine’s freshness makes for a rare tasting experience of this vibrant cuvée.
