The wine is matured in vats for a relatively short period of around six months in order to preserve all its freshness and fruit.
Intense ruby-red colour with purple highlights. Very intense and fresh nose, rich and generous, laden with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry mingled with paprika and sweet spices overtones such as clove. Starts out full-bodied. The red fruit aromas come back to the fore, alongside spicy notes in the very soft and velvety mid-palate. The very long-lasting gfinish is underpinned by good acidity that balances out the sweet nuances.
