Four Pillars is a small Australian distillery in the Yarra Valley, established in 2013. The founders - Cam, Stu and Matt are driven by their desire to elevate the craft of distilling gin. They believed that simplicity was key to all great drinks, and they wanted to make their gin based on four simple pillars: a great still, great botanicals, great local water and a great amount of love, attention to detail at every stage of the production process. Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
It is crafted to deliver the best of all worlds. It is a perfectly classic gin and also one to fascinate and delight even the most hardened gin fanatic. It has been awarded medals at prestigious international competitions around the world including Double Gold at the New York World Wine & Spirits Competition in 2017, Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition again in 2016, and Gold at the Global Gin Masters in 2016.

Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin
It’s textural, bright and perfect for a Martini or Gintonic. Three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria's Cobram Estate were used. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they're from Cam’s garden), while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian.
