For 300 years since its establishment in 1750, Shichiken has been brewing sake with a smooth taste reflecting the pristine waters of Mt. Kaikoma, one of the highest mountains in the Southern Alps. Exquisite sake and sparkling sake inspired by pristine waters drawn from a subterranean river of the Southern Alps.

The brewery of Shichiken is located in Daigahara on Koshu Kaido, one of the famous Five Routes connecting Edo to the outer provinces. Emperor Meiji once stayed in the wooden brewery building here.
