真野鶴的生產地在日本西面的一個名叫「佐渡」的小島上。島上聞名酒米五百萬石及新潟縣限定栽培酒米「越淡麗」為中心, 仕込水是由佐渡山脈自然過濾從地上湧出水質淡麗的清冽雪水, 加上現杜氏工藤賢也繼承了前杜氏釀酒真傳, 以30歲之齡已連續6年(新潟縣最多)獲取全國新酒鑑評會金賞及IWC日本酒部門GOLD MEDAL。實力可見一斑 !
