ST. HALLETT WINE DINNER 2019
(只提供英文版)
Enjoy a Heavenly 5-course Banquet Blessed with Wines from St. Hallett
Established in 1944, St. Hallett wines are grown, crafted and matured in the Barossa with ancient grapes from some of the world’s oldest vineyards. It was St. Hallett's appreciation for the importance of saving old vines and focusing on the key varieties found in the Barossa region, particularly Shiraz, that has propelled this brand to ever greater heights.
Featured Wine – St Hallett Old Block Shiraz
The first vintage of Old Block Shiraz was introduced to the market in 1980. It is meticulously nurtured and fermented in ancient French forests barrels. Due to the intensive selection process throughout its maturation, it is a 100% low yielding old vine shiraz.
“This is elegance of the highest degree, with medium-bodied, supple red and black fruits flowing along the prodigiously long palate and aftertaste, the use of French oak the key.” – James Halliday
